Agentic coding enablement

We set your engineers up to ship with Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, with the review gates that keep AI-written bugs out.

In short

Agentic coding is when an AI tool like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex takes a whole task, edits code across your repo and runs the tests. We set it up for your team: instructions in each repo, limits on what agents may touch, review gates and security checks in CI. Setup takes two to four weeks, quoted after a call.

Coding agents type fast. Your team still decides what merges.

Coding agents can now read a codebase, write a change across ten files and run the tests on their own. Used well, a small team ships like a bigger one. Used loosely, you get code that looks right, passes a glance and breaks something next week. Veracode found that 45% of AI-generated code samples failed its security tests.

We use these tools on client work every day. Recently a SaaS app went from Laravel 7 to Laravel 13 in 3 days, with Claude Code doing most of the typing inside tests and human review. We bring the same setup to your team, then pair with your engineers on real tickets until it's habit.

Is this for you?

You'll get the most out of this if

  • Your engineers use AI tools, and every one of them does it differently
  • AI-written pull requests are piling up faster than anyone can review them
  • You've shipped a bug or a security hole that came from AI-written code
  • You want a small team to ship more without lowering the bar

Deliverables

What you walk away with

  1. 01

    Instructions in every repo

Files like CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md that tell the agent how your code is built, tested and styled, so it stops guessing.

  2. 02

Limits on what agents may do

Which commands they can run, which folders they can't touch, and what always needs a person: migrations, payments and secrets.

  3. 03

    Review gates and security checks

Required reviews, tests that must pass and a security scan on every pull request, set up in your CI.

  4. 04

A team that knows the workflow

Pairing sessions on real tickets, plus a short guide for whoever joins next.

Timeline

How the project runs

Typical timings for a first live version. We confirm yours in writing after discovery.

  1. Week 1

    Look

How your team writes, reviews and ships code today, and where AI already shows up in it.

  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Set up

Repo instructions, agent permissions, review gates and the checks in CI.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4

    Pair

We work real tickets with your engineers on the new setup until it sticks.

  4. Ongoing

    Keep current

New tools and models arrive every few months. We keep the setup up to date if you want us to.

Why a small studio

The person who scopes your project is the one who builds it, and the one who picks up when it breaks at 2am.

The founder is on your project
Hussain leads every build himself. You won't brief an account manager who briefs a developer who briefs someone else.
Three people, the output of ten
We build with Claude, Codex and our own agent tooling every day. A small senior team now covers what used to need a department.
We stay after launch
Evals before every release, a log of each AI decision, cost limits and someone on call. Month six matters more to us than demo day.
Your repo, your cloud
The code sits in your GitHub and runs in your AWS, GCP or Azure account from the first commit, on tools your next hire already knows.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How is agentic coding different from autocomplete?

Autocomplete suggests the next line. A coding agent takes a whole task, reads the files it needs, changes several of them, runs the tests and tries again when they fail.

Which tool should we use?

It depends on your team and your code. We've used Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Copilot on client projects and will tell you plainly which fits. Most teams settle on one main tool.

Is AI-written code safe to ship?

Only with checks around it. Agents often skip permission checks, put secrets in code or pull in packages that are out of date or don't exist. The setup catches those with tests, security scans and a person reading every diff.

Will this replace our engineers?

No. It moves their time from typing to deciding what to build and checking what the agent did. Good engineers get more done.

How much does it cost?

We quote after a short call, based on the size of your team and how many repos are involved.

What do you need from us?

Access to your repos and CI, a few real tickets to work on, and an hour a week from whoever leads engineering.
