What working with us is like
Remote and async-friendly
Most of the bench is remote. If you're in Surat, our Nanpura office has a desk for you.
Project by project
Contract work with a clear scope, fair rates, and invoices paid on time.
AI in the workflow
We expect you to use Claude Code, Cursor or Codex well, and to actually read what they write.
Real ownership
You'll talk to clients, own features end to end, and ship them yourself.
