Case study · AI platform

An AI platform where non-coders build businesses

A New York startup backs people who want to start a business but don't write code. Founders describe what they want and the platform builds it with them: the product, the site and the AI agent that talks to their customers. We lead engineering, making it hold up for thousands of founders at once.

The problem

What needed fixing

Most people with a good business idea stop at the first technical step. No-code tools help, but still expect you to think like an engineer. The platform needed founders to get from idea to running AI business without ever meeting the infrastructure, and generated output had to be safe with nobody reviewing the code.

The approach

How we built it

  1. 01

    Guardrails in the platform

When AI builds something for a person who can't read the code, the checks have to live in the platform: validation, safe defaults and limits on what a generated agent may do.

  2. 02

    Small fixes, shipped often

Founders notice every rough edge. Each bug is reproduced, fixed and tried on beta first, then released with the next batch.

  3. 03

    Built for the whole cohort

Around a thousand founders are building at any moment, so features are designed for that load from day one.

The outcome

Where it landed

The platform has grown past 10,000 users and raised a venture round.
