A document e-signature platform
We built a document signing platform: upload a PDF, place the fields, send it to the signers and follow it until it's done. Every view and every signature goes on the record.

The problem
What needed fixing
Contracts still get printed, signed and scanned, or emailed back and forth until nobody knows which version was signed, by whom, or when.
The approach
How we built it
- 01
Fields on the real page
Signature, date and text fields are placed on the rendered PDF and stored by page and position, so they land in the same spot on every screen.
- 02
Order and reminders
Signers go in the order you set. Whoever is holding things up gets an automatic reminder, so nobody has to chase.
- 03
A record that holds up
Every open, view and signature is logged with a timestamp, and the final PDF goes out sealed with that history attached.
The outcome
Where it landed
Live, and replacing print, sign and scan for its users.
